EXCHANGE POLICY:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with an exchange or credit note for full priced items only where:

-The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging,
with all tags still in tact
-The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
-The goods are returned within 30 business days or purchase date; and


FAULTY ITEMS: 

In the unlikely case of receiving a faulty item, the item must be returned within a reasonable time frame. The item will be sent to our Head Office where they will assess each item and will either repair, replace or provide a credit note and in some instances a refund. This process will be completed within a reasonable time frame in accordance with Fair Trading policies

All returns/exchanges must be returned to Searching for sage within 30 business days to be eligible for an exchange. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, it will be applied to the original card of purchase. We do not credit/refund shipping charges.

WE STRICTLY ALLOW A 3 WEEK PERIOD FOR FAULTS - ANYTHTING LONGER THAN THIS WILL BE AT OUR DISCRETION


RETURNS SHIPPING:

Return shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Searching for sage take no responsibility for missing deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

We are not required to provide you with a refund, however we will happily provide you with a credit note strictly within 30  days of the purchase date providing that goods are in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached in accordance with Fair Trading policies. All returned items will undergo a quality control check, which ensures all clothing have been received in its original condition. All exchanges will be at your own expenses.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item if we believe it not to be in the original condition or received within the 30 days.

Postage is not credited only the value of the garments purchased.
